Is this invoice builder really free?

Yes, completely free. No signup, no account, no watermark. All features including multiple templates, tax presets, discount support, and PDF export are available to everyone.

Is my invoice data uploaded to a server?

No. Everything runs entirely in your browser. Your invoice data is saved only in your browser's localStorage and never sent to any server.

Can I save and reuse my invoices?

Yes. The tool auto-saves your current invoice and keeps a history of up to 20 previous invoices in your browser. You can also export invoices as JSON files to back them up or import them on another device.

Does it support tax and discounts?

Yes. Add a tax rate (percentage) and an optional discount (fixed amount or percentage). Subtotal, tax, discount, and total are calculated automatically as you type.

Can I add my company logo to the invoice?

Yes. Upload your logo image and it will appear in the invoice header. The logo is stored locally in your browser — it is never uploaded to a server.

How do I download the invoice as a PDF?

Click the Download PDF button in the toolbar. The browser's print dialog will open — choose Save as PDF. The output is A4 format with all styling preserved.
